How to prepare for an interview

At NORDEN we do not offer jobs, but careers. For us, this means that we want to accommodate an employee journey that allows you to grow and learn in challenging positions that match you and your competences. If you are invited to an interview, we are very excited to meet you as this is a great way for us to get to know each other and see whether we are a good fit. The average duration for the first and second interview is between 45 minutes and 1,5 hours.

During the interview we will focus on your experiences, your motivation for the position as well as your career aspirations. We recommend that you prepare examples that shows clearly how you would undertake the position you have applied for, who you are as a team member and/or a leader dependent on the role, and how you wish to contribute to NORDEN.

If you are a student or a newly graduate, we recommend that you prepare examples from your time as a student, volunteer work and student jobs. If you find it relevant for the position, you are welcome to bring any specific examples of work that you are particularly proud of and show it if it comes up during the interview. On a practical level, it is always a good idea to bring a printout of your resume and application together with a pen so you can note down questions and input. Make sure to read both your resume and application before the interview so you are prepared for specific questions regarding you experience and motivation.
